Conducting exercises allows organizations to identify strengths and shortfalls within their emergency plans prior to experiencing a real-world incident. Exercises also help organizations learn how to continue operations during an emergency by highlighting the need for role clarification, critical resource identification, and the importance of communication and coordination.
The Center for Preparedness Education strives to provide your organization with the best exercise design and facilitation to achieve your organization’s goals. We follow Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) guidance and HSEEP trained professionals to do just that. Please request any exercise assistance that your organization may need by clicking on the Requests tab on our website. Still have questions?
